A credit card number of the client or a 50% deposit of total amount is required
in order to guarantee the reservation. For bookings made by qualified agencies a
prepayment of 50% of total amount is required 30 days prior to arrival of FIT clients
or 60 days in case of groups. Full payment must be received 15 days before arrival
of the FIT clients or 30 days in case of groups. Special conditions for PEAK SEASON,
valid for all bookings: For X-mas, New Year’s Eve and Easter Holidays, 50% deposit
of total amount is required 90 days prior to arrival of guests – Full payment must
be completed 60 days prior arrival of the clients. Minimum days’ stay and some special
events might be compulsory, please check. Hotel can not guarantee the space, and
might cancel any reservation if payment has not been made, according to our payment
policies.
